Studied education at Freiburg University, Germany and Human Resource Management at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. Rosa’s professional experience include work as an outdoor executive coaching consultant for various companies listed on the Dax Index. After returning from a three year study visit to Australia, she started to work on issues of sustainability. From 2008 to 2011 she was employed by a Berlin based company with a focus on promoting the bicycle as a means of transport. From 2011 to 2013 she worked as a freelance project manager organizing advertising campaigns and events on subjects of sustainability for public and private clients.
Since May 2013 Rosa Rausch is staff member of the agency tippingpoints with an office in Berlin.
Rosa Rausch is married and has three children. She loves her racing bike, rock climbing and hiking in the Alps.
