During her 15 years of professional career she worked as executive director and/or consultant for Global Relations Forum, Social Participation and Development Foundation, Third Sector Foundation, Sabancı Foundation, Charles Stewart Mott Foundation. She also worked as coordinator and trainer for several EU and UN funded projects. Her focus areas include increasing project management and implementation capacities of right based NGOs in Turkey, partnerships development and bridging civil society in Turkey to global debates.
In 2014 she co-funded “Women in Foreign Policy Initiative” and she has been selected as German Marshall Memorial Fellow from Turkey.
Currently she serves as Project coordinator of “Active Civil Society Participation to the EU Negotiation Process” a project funded under EU Civil Society Dialogue III Programme and actively contributes to “92 Öneri” Project which aims to provide evidence based policy recommendations for Turkey.
