After graduated from Ege University with a degree in Journalism in 2002, Inanç completed the Human Rights Law Master Program at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2009. She worked at several positions and projects such as the Civil Society Symposium at the History Foundation and NGO Guide Project. For a year, she worked as a volunteer within “Ballikinrain Include Me in Service” in Scotland, a program aimed at providing services for disadvantaged kids and families. She served as “communication advisor” for “Global Advertising Public Relations” and “Green and Social Communications” agencies. As Program Officer at Sabanci Foundation, she worked for the grant management of the United Nations Joint Program “To Protect and Promote the Human Rights of Women and Girls” that was conducted in 6 pilot cities (Izmir, Kars, Sanliurfa, Trabzon, and Van). Between 2012 and 2014, she worked as communication coordinator at TUSEV. Currently she works as strategic communication consultant and trainer for NGO’s and responsible companies, at her consultancy company “Collectif”.
