Berivan Elis is the co-founder of Impact Hub Ankara. She founded and managed IstasyonTEDU, TED University Center for Social Innovation, where she led the work on social enterprise development, partnership building and policy dialogue for five years between 2016-2021. She formerly worked at the EU Delegation to Turkey, Bilkent University, United Nations Development Programme, and Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG). She has a cross-sector background focused on social development across a portfolio of youth, accessibility, gender, and human security issues. She has extensive experience in research and program/project development. She is an active member of the Turkey Social Entrepreneurship Network. She holds an MA degree in International Relations from Bilkent University and a BA degree in the same field from Ankara University.
