Başak Saral has dedicated her career to working towards sustainable development. As the General Coordinator of Habitat and previously Project Manager at UNDP, she has led project-based partnerships with private sector, government and non-government organizations on sustainable development topics. Projects address issues on active citizenship, youth empowerment, gender equality, community empowerment, local governance, digital inclusion and innovation, financial literacy and inclusion, entrepreneurship ecosystem development and livelihoods support for immigrants.
