Aylin is a change maker in her capacity as a CSR and sustainability professional. Until recently she was responsible for designing, planning and implementation of the projects for Koç Group’s as their Foreign Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator (2007- 2016). She led icon projects, which received several international and national awards for their impact, in areas such as mobilizing volunteers to increasing employability of youth, gender parity, inclusivity and sustainability. She was a member of the Board of Directors at the UN Global Compact Turkish Local Network for 8 years and at the Turkish Foundation for Combatting Erosion Reforestation and the Protection of Natural Habitats (TEMA) for 2 years.
