After graduated from Sociology department of Boğaziçi University, Feyza Akınerdem completed Cultural Programs and Management Master Program at City University, London. She has academic researches on genre, narrative, format at TV. She gives lectures on Media and Communications at Sociology Department, Boğaziçi University. She works on women platforms to widen the opportunity for solidarity to women from different political backgrounds. She is an active member of Barış için Kadın Girişimi and Mazlumder. She is founder and editor of Reçel Blog.
